The foundation and core of chemistry is the concept.Chemical concept is famous for its short, intrepid, concise, and it describes the essence of chemistry with a few short words. Before learning, the circumstances have a subtle influence on the learners' knowledge construction. The concepts that prevent students from further learning and have a negative impact on scientific cognition called alternative conception. It is because of the existence of alternative conception that chemical concepts are difficult for teachers to teach and students to learn. The concept map not only can characterize the knowledge construction in the students' minds, but also diagnose and evaluate alternative conception in the students' minds, the above contents provide a new idea of studying related concepts of the " primary battery".This paper selects 56 students from Class 2 of grade 3 in Xinyuan High School of Anshan as the research object.Based on Constructive Learning Theory,Cognitive Learning Theory and Information Processing Theory.Selecting text analysis, case study and educational experiment to the application of concept map technology in the diagnosis and transformation of "primary battery" in the students' mind. With the concept map as the tool, the concept of "primary battery" is used as the research variable.According to the concept map drawn by the pretest students, the concept of "primary battery" is diagnosed and taught. After three months, the concept map of the post test was drawn, and the teaching effect was quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated accordingly. This paper analyzes the conceptual change of students' concept of "primary battery" by using concept map technology, and comes to the conclusion and thinking.
