A multitude of science instructions show: before formal science instruction, children have built on the basic understanding and beliefs about the nature by the daily experiences, which often are odds or even incompatible with the scientists have. So it is named "alternative conception".Conceptual change learning is just the course from children's alternative conceptions turning to scientific conceptions. The fundamental assumption on conceptual change learning is a rational process, the rational principle means that the process of accepting new conceptions need to be in accord with considerate standards, in other words, the accepting of some new conceptions and the process of selection are based on enough reasons and according to some external standards.Based on the fundamental assumption, this essay analyze the dynamics of conceptual change and the effective instruction tactics by sorting documents, inadditions, this essay also exploring a new conceptual change strategy-----dynamicassessment by reflecting some problem in conceptual change learning, dynamic assessment have some attributes, such as activity, interactivity and modifiability which can help teacher manipulate the process of conceptual change learning and bring a new view for conceptual change instructions.At last, an instruction experiment is carried out on "sound" in elementary students for testifying the effect of dynamic assessment, and a conclusion is drawn initiatively that dynamic assessment will help children self-construct scientific conceptions and in turn improve the effect of conceptual change instruction.
