For the management of enterprise performance, can make the enterprise gain the competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce competition in the market. Only the good performance of enterprises, enterprises can go far, consumers will be satisfied with the service, employees can get the corresponding treatment and advancement opportunities. It is an important work of enterprise management is the effective management of performance.Performance management is a kind of method to process oriented, is the common participation of managers and employees, through constant communication, transfer the strategic goal of the enterprise, management responsibilities, requiring employees to achieve performance objectives, managers and employees of the partnership to meet staff’s difficulties and obstacles, together with the staff to complete the enterprise performance goals, so as to realize the strategic goal of enterprises set.Many books related to the performance management compared to the safety belt car seats, everyone knows the importance of safety belt, but people are very reluctant to fasten it. Because performance management is a double-edged sword, if implemented properly, not only will not improve the performance of enterprises, a serious impact on the daily management of enterprise also; but if used properly can make enterprises remain invincible in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.Beginning in 1999, the rapid development of the national higher education, expanding enrollment of colleges and universities, providing opportunities for the development of the reform of logistics, producedunder the planned economic system of the university logistics management system and operation mechanism has been with the market economic system and the growing demand for higher education does not adapt, socialization reform of college logistics is the inevitable in the trend of higher education reform.The trend of social reform is not only a challenge to the logistics of colleges and universities, but also opportunities, A University in 2003,and realize the relative separation of rear service entity and the school administration, but also carried out the reform of the operation mechanism. The operating funds from the school administrative funds to fee for service payment system, not only improve the efficiency in the use of school resources and capital, enhance logistics group staff marketing idea and service consciousness.On this basis, the reform of the personnel system, the implementation of full competition mechanism, breaking the previous post lifelong staff post management approach. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees to improve work efficiency? Performance management is proposed to solve this problem, not only effectively improve employee loyalty, but also improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the logistics can develop continuously in the socialized reform on the road.
