| Since China issued the document "Opinions on Further Accelerating the Socialization Reform of Higher School Logistics" in 1999,colleges and universities in all regions of the country have started to continuously and steadily promote the socialization reform of logistics,and student residences in colleges and universities,as a core component of the logistics department of colleges and universities,have become particularly important in the socialization reform work.However,due to factors such as geographical location and the scale of economic development,the socialization reform of student flats in Heilongjiang province colleges and universities is progressing slowly,and the majority of colleges and universities still adopt the traditional way,with the school logistics department or the school work department undertaking the management services of student flats.This has a considerable impact on the socialization of logistics reform in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,and also hinders the overall development of the management service level of student flats in Heilongjiang colleges and universities.At the same time,in the management of student apartments in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,there are tricky problems concerning infrastructure construction,professionalism of management service personnel,management and operation funds,management system and philosophy,which greatly affect the management service level of student flats in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,the education and education function of student flats in colleges and universities,as well as the learning,living,leisure and entertainment of students in student flats in Heilongjiang colleges and universities.This has greatly affected the level of student residence management services,the function of education and education of students in student residences,and the living experience of students in student residences in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,it is urgent to research on the management of student flats in Heilongjiang universities under the background of socialization of logistics.This thesis aims to study the management of student residences in Heilongjiang universities in the context of socialization of logistics.After reviewing domestic and foreign researches,it adopts literature research,questionnaires and interviews to study the management of student residences in Heilongjiang universities in the context of socialization of logistics.Based on 87 relevant literature,156 valid questionnaires,84 interview records of the responsible persons in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,the results of 38 relevant web portals,6 volumes of Heilongjiang statistical yearbooks,1873 data of student apartment management in 22 typical colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province(with more than 10,000 students),and on the basis of a large amount of research data,the study has investigated the current situation of student apartment management in Heilongjiang province.The scientific analysis of the problems faced by student housing management in Heilongjiang province is based on a large amount of research data.It also draws on the experiences and practices of three universities in Heilongjiang Province that have initially completed the social reform of their logistics,and provides a rational basis for optimising countermeasures.The conclusions of this paper include: i.The process of socialization and reform of student housing in Heilongjiang universities is relatively slow compared with other regions of China,and at this stage,there are problems in the management of student housing in Heilongjiang universities,such as insufficient construction of student housing infrastructure,insufficient professionalism of student housing management and service personnel,insufficient investment in student housing management and operation,irregular and poorly implemented student housing management system,and relatively backward student housing management concept.The problems are caused by the lack of research on theories related to student housing management by the management bodies,the weak innovation awareness and ability of student housing management and service teams,the far-reaching influence of the traditional experience and mode of student housing management in colleges and universities,and the hindrance of hardware conditions such as technology and platform construction of student housing management in colleges and universities.Secondly,due to the influence of geographical location and the scale of economic development,although there have been more successful cases of social reform in student housing in Heilongjiang Province,compared with other regions in China,there is still a long way to go.In view of the problems faced at this stage,Heilongjiang Province should raise the importance of student flat management in colleges and universities,increase the investment in student flat management and operation funds,improve the construction of student flat infrastructure and gradually transform to intelligent student flats;optimise the management system and mechanism of student flats in Heilongjiang colleges and universities,and speed up the pace of social reform;promote It is expected that this study will contribute to the further development of student housing management in Heilongjiang universities.It is expected that this study will provide directions for deepening the reform of socialization of student housing in Heilongjiang universities,and also provide practical cases and relevant research results for other regions to explore. |
