Wu shu Sanda is developing hand to hand combat fighting based on traditional martial arts movement and the technology, it contains the essence of the Chinese martial arts, is a unique style of Chinese nation sports project, in 1979 China began to pilot Sanda, has developed 35 years, various theoretical framework, the tactical system, education and other aspects of Sanda have great development, including the Sanda Teaching in China, popularize Wushu Sanda Teaching has become an important strategy for the development of Sanda in china.Core strength training exercises, suspension, ladder training is the modern physical training methods developed in recent years. Sports Sanda Wushu in Ch.Sports Sanda Wushu in China from the traditional martial arts, the training methods and contents are influenced by the traditional Wushu training methods and content, the current teaching methods of Sanda education in Chinese colleges and universities are more traditional, generally without the aid of equipment needed, only use gloves, foot harrow, hand rake and other protective gear, teach students boxing footwork, leg and wrestling, etc. various kinds of curriculum content, only the part of teachers willing to try to practice innovation,new quality of theoretical research and practice are also quite few, but in the process of teaching, the teaching of Sanda effect is not so ideal, the students’ learning interest is not high. As everyone knows, the teaching method is one of the basic elements of teaching, it directly determines the key teaching achievement level and can achieve the goal of teaching, the use of advanced teaching methods, can achieve a multiplier effect of teaching, but also can greatly improve the students’ learning interest and learning potential, is the route one must take the college Sanda teaching.In this paper, using the method of teaching experiment, expert interview and mathematical statistics, using the new method in practice of traditional teaching methods and the quality(core strength training ladder suspension training) of students conducted a teaching experiment, test data exercise test before and after the experiment of students’ quality of comparative analysis, aiming to provide theory and practice reference to college Sanda Teaching Reform in our country, in order to improve the overall quality of students and the sports performance of Wushu Sanda Teaching in college.After the experimental statistical analysis showed that using quality practice method, not only can improve students’ skills in Sanda Sanda, enhancing students’ skills of speed and muscle strength, performance for the straight punch, swing fist, the whip leg, side kick hitting speed and muscle strength compared with the traditional training methods have been improved greatly. At the same time, the quality of training method is superior to the traditional methods of training, the students’ interest in learning has also been greatly enhanced, performance is greatly hate sports learning is reduced, and favorite sports class level, extra-curricular learning degree and extracurricular participation in sports activities increased interest, and interest is the Sanda Training learning to drive, sustainable development therefore, in Sanda Teaching, teachers should constantly innovate, using the quality of new training methods, to make full use of the teaching in the United States, attract and infected students active learning.
