At present,college students' mental health has become the focus of university education and social attention,strengthening the intervention of College Students' mental health,it is urgent to cultivate good mental health.As a form of expression of emotion,Mood State is also one of the important factors affecting mental health.The research fully shows that: sports intervention as an important means of College students' psychological counseling,it plays an important role in improving college students' state of Mood State and promoting their mental health development.Sanda is the representative of traditional national sports,it may be one of the effective ways to improve the Mood State of College students,but its effect still needs to be further demonstrated through research.This research adopts the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,take 40 subjects(20 males and 20 females)in the 2018 grade of Beijing Sports University were selected as subjects,grouped by simple POMS mood scale,divided into experimental group and control group,there were 20 people in each group,there are 10 boys and 10 girls each,and given Sanda training and regular physical education for 12 weeks twice a week for 90 minutes each time,by measuring and comparing the state of mind after the experiment,to understand the influence of San da training on the mood state of ordinary college students,it provides a new choice for the improvement of college students' Mood State.By practicing Sanda,we can help college students release and alleviate academic pressure and mental pressure,improve mental health.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Before the experiment,two groups of college students were in the same state of Mood State.In the experiment,there was no significant difference in the state ofMood State between the two groups;after the experiment,compared with the control group,the negative Mood State in the experimental group decreased more,the positive mood is more obvious,the improvement of mood state is greater.2.The improvement of the mood state in the experimental group is closely related to the duration of exercise intervention,short-term(6 weeks)Sanda training has no obvious effect on improving college students' Mood State,and long-term(12weeks)Sanda training has obvious effect on improving the Mood State.3.According to the results of measurement and comparison of the mood state of the students of different genders in the experimental group at different experimental stages,the scores of the mood state of the male and female students at different stages are different,but they are not significant,it shows that Sanda training has no relation with students' gender in improving their mood state.4.Sanda training pays attention to internal and external training,strong antagonism,diversified means of training,it can effectively alleviate the negative mood of College students.It helps to promote the positive mood of College students,in order to improve the overall state of mind of College students,promoting the improvement of College Students' mental health level;it is an effective means of intervention.
