Research Of Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Supply And Demand Of Community Public Sports Facilities In Jinan City

Community public sports facilities,as the material carrier and necessary condition to meet the residents' increasing demands for physical fitness,are the basic guarantee for the in-depth implementation of the national fitness program.With the acceleration of China's industrialization process,the contradiction between supply and demand of community public sports facilities has become more acute,seriously restricting everyone's growth and the realization of a happy life.Therefore,grasping the contradiction between supply and demand of community public sports facilities and putting forward effective countermeasures is the fundamental path to implement the national fitness strategy,to improve the level of equalization and inclusion of public sports services,and to realize the unification of fairness and efficiency of public sports services.Therefore,the paper takes the supply and demand of public sports facilities in Jinan city community as the research object,through literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation and data analysis,taking geography,ecology and economic theory as the guidance,combining the current situation of the supply of public sports facilities in Jinan city community and residents' demand for sports activities,finds out the contradiction between the two,analyzes the causes of the contradiction,and discusses how to realize the balance between the supply and demand of public sports facilities in the community.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effective coupling between supply and demand of public sports facilities in the community is not only the national strategy of national fitness and the equalization of basic public sports services,but also an important part of the national supply-side reform.(2)The community residents of Jinan City Central District have enhanced their awareness of sports.After meeting the basic needs of life,they have the requirement to develop to a higher level-a sound spirit and a healthy body.There are significant differences in the activities,activities,and venue selection of residents of different ages and genders in the community.The overall performance is the increase in the frequency of participation in sports activities,the extension of time,the selection of venues and proj ects.(3)Jinan City Central District as an old city,the supply of public sports facilities in the community is prominent.The supply of public sports facilities is seriously insufficient,the supply type is single,the community maintenance management is not timely,the spatial combination is low,the layout is uneven and the irrational phenomenon is obvious;the number of social sports instructors is insufficient and the existing "sports instructors" professional level remains to be studied.Education and sports systems are open to the public and do not meet national policy requirements.(4)The participation of residents of Jinan urban community in sports activities is closely related to the supply of public sports facilities,and the contradiction between supply and demand is sharp.The contradiction between supply and demand of public sports facilities in the central district of Jinan City is mainly caused by imperfect policies,lack of community management,insufficient integration of layout concepts,asymmetry of supply and demand information,and lack of humanistic care.The original supply facilities can only meet the sports needs of some people,and they are contrary to the idea of serving the whole people.(5)The contradiction between supply and demand of public sports facilities in the community has become an important factor influencing the upward development of the national sports industry.In view of the contradiction between supply and demand of public sports facilities in the central district,the government as the main body of national macro-control,through policy support,guarantee supply;scientific design,rational planning;Multidisciplinary intersection,standardized management and other methods,supply and demand for public sports facilities in Jinan City Central District The contradiction proposes a solution.(6)Build a "smart supply model for public sports facilities."
