New curriculum management’s aim is "all for the development of every student," according to the purpose of preparation of the "chemical reaction principle" module is an important part of high school chemistry textbook system, is the entrance of the key and difficult, but also with the actual production and living closely intersection. Although it is an elective module and the content, but it is a compulsory part of the entrance, is the entrance of the heavy and difficult to see its importance. Due to highly theoretical, teachers in teaching is often more confused, can not find a suitable way of teaching students is difficult to grasp, unable to achieve the ultimate construction of knowledge.According to dialectical materialism:the theory is derived from the actual, but also guide the practice. This paper attempts to entropy theory to practical teaching chemistry among construct a model, and select the part of the instructional design chapters, aims to provide a supplementary reference for classroom teachers and teaching. Meanwhile, the entropy theory references to chemistry teaching enrich the connotation of entropy for teachers teaching and students learning have opened up a new way of thinking, and promote the overall development of students.
