Culture is a potential wealth of economic development and social progress and important strategic resource development, sustainable development is an important part of the culture. Sports culture as an important part of culture, play an important role in cultural development. Yellow River sports culture as a unique regional sports culture has its special significance and value of existence, the area of research and popularization of sports culture are not enough.
