In the important and urgent background, the paper takes the teaching practice in A school as an example, research on the topic of "the current situation and countermeasures of hearing-impaired students ‘bilingual teaching’ in special schools". According to the results of the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,the shortages of hearing-impaired students "bilingual teaching" in special schools,mainly embodies the following aspects:One is the penetration of bilingual teaching is not high, not in place.The second is the level of teachers in special schools are relatively low. On the one hand, the number of bilingual teaching teachers for hearing-impaired students is insufficient, on the other hand,the level of the existing bilingual teaching teachers are not enough, deaf teacher is very little.Three is the supporting facilities are not enough. Four is lack of unity, normative sign language teaching. "Deaf sign language" and "sign language grammar" long-term coexistence,sign and sign language teaching itself has many shortcomings.Five is the teaching mode and content needs to be strengthened. Both the goal, the content, and the method or mode of bilingual teaching, exposed many drawbacks.Standing in the position to make up for past deficiencies, and learn from the previous ideas and methods,the school should make efforts mainly from the following aspects: one is to promote ideological understanding, perfect the relevant mechanisms and policies.On the one hand, promote the ideas to reach consensus,clear the status of bilingual teaching; On the other hand, perfect the institutional and policy, guiding bilingual teaching.The second is to establish high-quality teachers.Take various measures to establish a strong contingent of deaf teacher; by strengthening training to improve the capacity and level of existing teachers.Three is to perfect the teaching infrastructure, creating a good environment. Make good use of existing facilities, strengthening professional facilities, pay attention to the school-based teaching materials, to create a good atmosphere.Fourth, using the classification of teaching methods. Develop hierarchical teaching plan, taking into account the different types of students; using individualized education model to meet the special needs of hearing-impaired students.Fifth, strengthen sign language research, and improve the application of sign language. Both deaf culture experts,but also to build a sound system of sign language.Finally, to improve the means and methods. Implementation science teaching programs, innovative teaching methods and enhance the fun. By drawing on the experience, to make up for past deficiencies,optimize bilingual education, and enhance the effectiveness of hearing-impaired students "bilingual teaching" in special education schools.
