Secondary vocational education for the disabled is an important part of vocational education and special education in China.It is significant to smooth employment,social integrate and realize the value of life for the disabled,which also is an important measure to realize educational equity.It is also an important measure to achieve educational equity.More than 40 years since the reform and opening policy,as the government more and more pay attention to the education,the survival and the employment situation of the disabled,the special education rapid development at the same time.But we should also be soberly aware of the development of secondary vocational education for the disabled still has some problems to be solved in China,such as school quality is not high,the teachers strength is weak,course content and professional set unreasonable,the lack of a system specification curriculum standard instruction.On the whole,the development level,speed and achievements of secondary vocational education for the disabled are still far from the actual needs of secondary vocational education and vocational education for the disabled.In order to systematically and deeply understand the status quo of secondary vocational education curriculum construction for hearing-impaired students,finding out the existing problems and summarizing the experience.This study adopts case study method and takes N schools with certain experience in this field in Zhejiang Province as an example.Through interview and observation,this study combs curriculum construction from the four aspects of curriculum objectives,content,implementation and evaluation,and gradually strips out the realistic and difficult problems exposed in the course construction of N school.Based on this,this paper summarizes the curriculum construction of N school:The focus of the curriculum goal is clear,but it fails to effectively integrate;The curriculum content is sufficient but needs further systematic planning;The effectiveness of curriculum implementation still needs to be improved;The function of curriculum evaluation has not been reflected.At the same time,this paper puts forward four countermeasures of curriculum construction in accordance with the actual situation:defining the curriculum orientation,strengthening the goal orientation;standardizing the curriculum content and improving the systematicness of curriculum;teachers and students cooperate to enhance the effectiveness of curriculum implementation;perfecting evaluation mechanism and promoting curriculum development.Because our country deaf secondary vocational education curriculum development has a certain similarity,so looking forward to for other special vocational secondary vocational education school curriculum construction provides referential theoretical basis and practice case.It is also expected that in the new round of curriculum reform,it can provide certain reference and the actual support for the education authorities to formulate relevant policies and documents for the curriculum construction of special secondary vocational education.
