Professional concept&teachers’ ethics is one of the three dimensionalities of professional standards forteachers, which directly or indirectly determine, guide or adjust the education andteaching activities of teachers. What kind of content of courses teachers choose, whatkind of education method teachers apply, what kind of teaching manners andexpectations teachers adopt, are all influenced by teachers’ professional conceptðics. Through the research on the current situation of teachers’ professional conceptand teachers’ ethics of secondary vocational school, teachers should set up thevocational education concept of moral values establishment and people cultivation aswell as practicing what they advocates. Teachers also should strengthen the sense ofresponsibility and the sense of mission of people cultivation to gain the sense offulfillment and sense of pride and promote their professional quality and develop theirown major, making effort for “carrying out education people approving”.A questionnaire sheet was made based on『The professional standard of teachersof secondary vocational schools(trial implementation)』 and revised after thepre-survey in this text. Then I made a survey to294teachers of professional coursesand367students of5secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province, and conducteda research on teachers’ professional concept and teachers’ ethics of secondaryvocational school through the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Theresearch found that teachers generally performances well in these respects which iseven in a medium and relatively higher level. However it still exist some problems, teachers not perceiving less of teaching profession; be in short of the spirit of unityand team work; have low awareness of dedication to work; have less communication with students outside of classroom and spirit of innovation remains improving. Withfurther analysis we found that male teachers performance better than female teachersin understanding the professional concept and handling with students’ behavior;teachers with bachelor degree behave better than teachers with junior college degreein mastering professional concept and ethics; teachers with different teaching spanpresent phase characters in professional concept and ethics: it grows with teachingtime and slightly decline in6-10years and escalate in11-15years and slightly declineagain in16-20years; teachers with different titles present phase characters inprofessional concept and ethics: it grows slightly with promotion and reach thehighest when teachers get the medium-grade professional title and slightly decline tothe lowest after teachers are conferred senior professional title. I made a reasonanalysis on above existing problem and difference.
