Narrative Research On New Teachers’ Authority And Operation

As a new teacher education into the school began life, witnessed first-hand experience and all kinds of educational phenomena and events, has strong life. This is the starting point of this study, from the experience to start. On this basis, through the relevant research constantly reflect on development of teacher authority.This paper take the method of narrative research, will himself as the object of study. I was a researcher, and a narrator, narrative in education life can see, hear, think, try to explore the hidden deep meaning, and give the explanation and interpretation.Research contents: combination with the "telling" discusses the sources of power(culture, knowledge, rules of operation rights);(of time control, power control, power distribution, check on the space and so on); power of Art(relations change, note the situation is good at using the correct view of reward and punishment, discipline and freedom). Constantly ask, repeatedly thinking with the narrative process, and access to a large number of relevant data. In the last part of the dissertation, the whole process of research review, comprehensive analysis of their research. The first is about the power of teachers to re-examine the particularity of teachers, including power, double income of teachers power directed, the limitation of the power of teachers, teacher authority. Secondly, to their own point of view about the professional development of teachers to share the harvest, started from the three levels of consciousness, emotion, ability; finally the teachers how to effectively provide several suggestions for narrative research.In this paper, through the form of a story to retain the education experience, presents the results, hoping to achieve such results: through self reflection and introspection, embarked on a road of self construction and self change road, at the same time, a fusion of horizon and the reader, to the "other" can reach the effect of wake and inspiration.
