Study On Employment Pressure And Social Adaptation Of College Students

With the growing employment difficulty of college students, the employment pressure is also increasing. Several probable factors result in these pressure, such as family factors, environmental factors and personal factors. We analysis the current problem of college students’ employment pressure and social adaptation, by combination of qualitative study and questionnaires which use representative sample case analysis as a starting point. Besides, we also adopt comparison of statistical methods and analysis of variance to constitute the style of employment, social adaptability of students and other possible influence factors. Moreover, we analyze relation of college students’ employment pressure and social adaptability. The conclusions by large sample survey and theoretical analysis as follows:First, the basic status of college students employment pressure and social adaptation is that employment levels is middle and social adaptation are not very good.Secondly, the difference of college students’ employment pressure tests show that specialty, gender, origin, whether the leader of class, whether party members among Nanjing Forestry University students employment pressure are different. The employment pressure of art students is greater than science students, female students employment pressure is greater than the male, the employment pressure of rural students is higer than the urban, employment pressure of leader of class is lower, the employment pressure of non-party students is greater than party students, the employment pressure of unemployed college students is greater than the employed students.Thirdly, the difference of college students’ social adaptation tests show that Nanjing Forestry University students’ social adaptability in major, gender, origin, whether party members is different significantly. Social adaptation of the male students is better than the female, social adaptation of arts students narrowly than science students, social adaptation of urban college students is better than students from rural areas, the social adaptation of college party students is better than non-party students.Finally, by analyzing the relation of college students employment pressure and social adaptability, we find that employment pressure and social adaptability of college students is a very significant negative correlation. The worse social adaptability the college students have, the bigger employment pressure they possess.
