| With the continuous development of education in our country,colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment year by year,and the number of graduates has also increased year by year.However,the number of jobs that society can provide for graduates is limited.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic in the past two years,many companies have experienced a decline in revenue and fewer recruits,resulting in a more severe employment situation.Studies have shown that employment pressure ranks second among the many pressures of college students,second only to academic pressure.Many college students feel confused,anxious,depressed when facing employment problems,and even have serious psychological problems.Therefore,it is particularly important to find some practical and effective methods that can relieve employment pressure.Many studies have shown that employment pressure will be affected in many ways,and many factors such as society,school,family,and individual will affect employment pressure.The influence of individual internal factors on employment pressure cannot be ignored.Psychological capital is the sum of the positive abilities acquired by the individual.It plays an important role in the development of the individual and can help the individual cope with employment pressure.The higher the level of an individual’s psychological capital,the easier it is to treat employment issues with a positive and optimistic attitude,and the lower the pressure on employment felt.Career decision-making self-efficacy is the assessment or confidence of an individual’s ability to complete various tasks when completing career-related activities.The higher the college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,the more they can maintain a positive attitude and good self-confidence in the face of employment,and the less employment pressure they feel.Psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy,as an individual’s internal factors,affect the individual’s perception of employment pressure.Studying the relationship among college students’ psychological capital,career decision-making self-efficacy,and employment pressure can help us propose some practical and effective methods to relieve employment pressure by improving psychological capital or career decision-making self-efficacy.The study adopted a comprehensive literature method and questionnaire survey method,selected the "Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire" compiled by Zhang Kuo and others,the "College Students Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale" compiled by Peng Yongxin and others,and the "Employment Stress Questionnaire for College Students" compiled by Chen Yuhong.522 questionnaires were randomly distributed online and offline,and a total of 502 valid questionnaires were collected.Use SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the data,use descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,factor analysis and other methods in the process of analyzing the data to study the impact of college students’ psychological capital on employment pressure and career decision-making Does self-efficacy play a mediating role in it? The results of the study are as follows:1.The psychological capital scores of college students are at a medium level,and the scores of the four dimensions from high to low are optimism,hope,resilience and self-efficacy.There are significant differences in the psychological capital of college students in terms of gender.Boys score significantly higher than girls;there are significant differences in the place of birth.The psychological capital of college students from urban areas is significantly higher than that of college students from rural areas;there are significant differences in whether they are only children.The psychological capital of only children is significantly higher than that of non-only children.2.College students’ career decision-making self-efficacy scores are at a medium level,and the five dimensions of scores from high to low are: problem solving,choosing goals,making plans,collecting information and self-evaluation.There are significant differences in career decision-making self-efficacy of college students in the place of origin.The career decision-making self-efficacy of college students from urban areas is significantly higher than that of college students from rural areas;there are significant differences in whether they are only children,and the career decision-making self-efficacy of only-children The sense of self-efficacy is significantly higher than that of non-only children;there are significant differences in disciplines.The career decision-making self-efficacy of science and engineering college students is significantly higher than that of liberal arts college students.3.The employment pressure scores of college students are at a medium level.The six dimensions of scores from high to low are the contradiction between professional supply and demand,employment psychological expectations,self-recognition and positioning,lack of job search help,professional quality evaluation and employment competition environment.The employment pressure of college students is significantly different in the demographic variable of student source.The employment pressure of college students from rural areas is significantly higher than that of college students from urban areas.4.College students’ psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy are significantly positively correlated,college students’ psychological capital and employment pressure are significantly negatively correlated,and their career decision-making self-efficacy and employment pressure are significantly negatively correlated.5.Career decision-making self-efficacy plays a part of intermediary role between college students’ psychological capital and employment pressure.Based on the above results,the conclusion is as follows: career decision-making self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role between college students’ psychological capital and employment pressure.Therefore,we can alleviate employment pressure by improving psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy. |
