Employment has long been a topic which is closely linked with the national economy and people's livelihood,is one of the important indicators,which stands for the national economic development and social stability.According to SOHO,in 2016 the number of graduates has been more than 7.7 million,and this number will be much bigger this year.Since the students' employment competition has increased year by year,their pressure is climbing,too.Tibet with its special political,economic and geographical environment,as the core of the frontier of the motherland,requires us to maintain the stability of employment here.We need to conform to the economic development trending and avoid local employment instability factors,and finally turn the "pressure" into "power",to promote the economic growth here.Therefore,this research is designed to link the college students' employment pressure and employability and try to explore the relationship between them.And relies on the interaction mechanism between the two factors,this reach is designed to summarize the policy suggestions from the social,family,school and individual spots.On the researching design.This study absorbed some researching results in the same field both at home and abroad,and is designed based on the "Career Decision-making Self-efficacy","Achievement Motivation Theory" and "Two Factor Theory".And my research combined two scales,one from Professor Wang Yi(2013)on employment pressure and another from abroad on career decision-making self-efficacy.On the sample selection.In order to be objective and true,the sample of this study came from the upperclassmen from Tibet University.The size of it is of 300,half of men and women,half of Tibetan and ethnic han,and all of them are from liberal arts,science,engineering and business.In the process of analysis.This study combined with the qualitative and quantitative research methods.First of all,the credit analyzing and the validity analyzing.Secondly,the Likert 5 positive score way.Finally,to check whether there will be any relation between the branches of the two concepts.At last,this study has verified the influence of college students' employment pressure on the job force.Specifically,there is some matching prediction effects between the college students' employment pressure and employability: the employability = 0.405 employment pressure;the employability = 0.355 pressure sensory+ 0.344 pressure ability.According to the verification,this study figures out the relationship between college students' employment pressure and employability,and gives ways,from the society,school,family and personal aspects,to reduce the students employment pressure and to promote the employment force,and provides proactive suggestions.
