In this society, family education and school education are the two most important factors influencing students’ development. Integration of family education and school education to form education resultant force, for the healthy development of the students is very necessary. In an age of information, "Xiao xuntong" fit time, arises at the historic moment. " Xiao Xun Tong" by building school, family and social interaction between information platform, realize the school education practitioners and active communication among family members, information feedback, complementary advantages of the interactive education mode, achieve mutual coordination between family education and school education. But the existing communication application research and communication skills are mostly in the theoretical level, I should point out the problems existing in the teaching, lack of empirical investigation data, the lack of specialized research combined with the regional actual development needs, are more general, puts forward relevant improvements on Xiao XunTong communication product design as the actual little guidance. Aiming at these problems put forward the corresponding solution strategy, improve the teachers, parents, communication skills, in-depth field survey, to students thought, the anxious students worry, parent-school cooperative education consensus formation, to further improve the effectiveness of the school of communication and research countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part of introduction, this paper briefly introduces the selected topic background, the significance of research, literature review and research methods. The second part, from the five junior high schools, harmony in Nayong county, Family-- school communication present situation and the problems of three aspects respectively from schools, families, field investigation, analysts from two aspects of family and school communication problems. The third part, in view of the present situation and the problems, respectively from the social, family, school and the teacher, the student four aspects carries on reason analysis. The fourth part, on the basis of investigation and analysis, from three aspects: society, families, schools and put forward countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of communication between family and study.
