Some people grow up smoothly and others are frustrated. We do not depend on anyone to grow up physiologically, but psychologically we are affected by family, school, society and so on.Family education is the earliest education that children received. It is invisible and affects their hole life.Strictly speaking, this kind of education should also be bidirectional.Because parents should reflect and harvest from the process of teaching their children,so as to achieve effective education that can be accepted by children. At present, social resources are all-inclusive,and there are numerous counseling and promotion of family education. After searching the words "How to do a good job of family education" in the search box, there are many kinds of opinions and guidance methods. However, how much is really effective?"Can I teach my child by speaking to him or her in such an attitude?" "Can I educate my children well in this way?" This is a question that most parents in society have in mind.At present, the study on family education mostly stays at the level of cooperation mode between home and school, the psychological impact of family education on children, and the inspiration from experts'works at home and abroad, but seldom involves the discussion of the theory and methods that can solve the practical problems of family education.Combining with the upsurge of family education in contemporary China and the confusion and problems of parents in family education in real life,I believe that it is necessary and feasible to summarize a theoretical model of family meeting suitable for Chinese families as the basis for implementing scientific and reasonable family education. This research mainly uses the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, case study and interview.Firstly,on the basis of referring to the existing works at our country and abroad and considering the actual situation of Chinese families, through self-education and self-management theory, family communication schema theory, overlapping influence threshold theory, family pedagogy theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.Considering the actual learning and living conditions of Chinese pupils, the theoretical model of pupils' family meeting has been initially established through the research on the related elements and contents of family meeting in the theory and practice of pedagogy and psychology. With the help of communication and communication among family members, the theoretical model of pupils' family meeting can be expanded to broaden their understanding and consensus of their own family, thus promoting their ability of self-education and self-management,and realizing it.Secondly, according to the theoretical model,we compiled the questionnaire of "Primary School Students' Family Education and Members' Communication Situation Survey-Parent Chapter".Primary School Students' Family Education and Members' Communication Situation Survey-Student Chapter",and combined with psychological scales such as "Student Behavior Scale" and "Family Education Problems Diagnostic Assessment",42 groups of volunteer families in a primary school in Yanji City.Measurements and interventions were carried out.Through the design of the process links and thematic principles of family meetings, the volunteer families participating in the study were guided by standardization, and the practical operation group training and targeted intervention were carried out in two stages:concept change training and practice intervention guidance.Combined with the pretest-post statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the following four conclusions were drawn:(1)The main causes of educational problem in primary school students'families is the poor communication, which leads to the occurrence of family internal contradictions,parent-child problems and students'behavior problems.(2)Family meeting is a way of family education in which family members participate together. With the help of communication elements,it produces positive effects such as self-education and self-management,understanding and trust, positive psychological edification and family emotional attribution under the interaction of each member,so as to enhance parent-child communication, improve family atmosphere and realize the growth development of each member.(3)Family meeting is a dynamic and cyclical family education schema system, which is in the process of continuous movement and evolution. Its influence can be deepened and expanded by means of positive listening and communication.(4)Families that implement family meetings after training produce better results, and parents make greater progress in communication elements and students make greater progress in communication effects.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested that:(1)Students'families should recognize the importance of family meetings for children s growth and family environment changes, and maintain their enthusiasm and participation in family meetings;(2)Students' families can implement family meetings according to the communication elements constructed by the family meeting model of primary school students, and make clear the themes of study, family affairs and stage summary.Their respective roles and roles, and timely measurement of the effect of formal or informal communication elements;(3)Promoting family-school cooperation, giving full play to the role of school guidance and supervision, providing regular guidance and support for parents in implementing scientific and effective family education and holding family meetings;(4)Setting up family education consultation windows in relevant colleges and departments of colleges and universities, customizing the standardized operation process of family meetings.In-depth research on measurement tools related to family meetings.
