This study takes students, who study in Fengle Middle school in Sandu County, as the research object, for their part in the English tutoring is a content, using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature and interviews with teachers, classroom observation method of data collection, data analysis and theoretical support, develop countermeasures, etc. By adopting the research methods to analyze the research object, the following research results: after the English tutoring for Fengle Middle school in Sandu County has students stimulate interest in learning, the side supplementary school normal teaching, teach students learning method, the positive effect to improve the students’ English level, and at the same time there is an excessive reliance on tutoring, exclusive school normal teaching, can’t well adapt to the school the teacher’s teaching way, increase the students’ learning burden, such as negative influence students’ physique and health development. In Sandu County, Fengle middle school students participate in the cause of the English tutoring and extra-class continuation of the positive and negative influences of their enlightenment we want from the teachers, schools, parents, students from four different aspects to explore the solution, only from the different main body itself to find solutions, to make students and parents about tutoring, right to learn ways to learn English, improve the level of students’ English learning.
