Private Supplementary Tutoring,as a new educational power,is a widespread phenomenon in the global scope,especially showing a more popular trend in China.Private tutoring more and more deeply influences the development of students' intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors,including learning habits,learning interest,the ability of autonomous learning,achievement motivation,learning perseverance,learning anxiety,etc.In order to allow parents to maintain a rational attitude to private tutoring,and promote the healthy development of students' non intellectual factors in extracurricular tutoring.Firstly,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on private tutoring situation of junior high school students in Haikou city,which consists of proportion,types,content,forms,reasons and attitude.Besides,the author especially investigates the influence of private tutoringon junior high school students' non-intellective factors,including achievement motivation,learning enthusiasm,understanding interest,ambition,learning perseverance,learning anxiety.Secondly,the study analyzes the causes that private tutoring positively and negatively affects junior high school students' non-intellective factors.The causes of positive effects include teaching methods for individual teaching,positive feedback and a variety of evaluation methods.The causes of negative effects includes internal and external causes.The external causes consist of excessive academic burden,low teachers' quality,unscientific tutorial scheme,too high expectations for students.The internal causes consist of excessive dependence psychology,fuzzy learning objectives and negative attribution model.Finally,the paper provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the above causes.The suggestions are given to the different groups,which includes tutoring agency,tutoring teachers,parents and junior high school students.The tutoring agency should conduct lectures on non-intellectual factors,develop reasonable matching tutorial schemes and strengthen the psychological specialization of teachers.Teachers need to attach importance to the cultivation of junior high school students' non-intellective factors and do positive attribution training for junior high school students.Besides,teachers should usescientific reward and punishment in the course of the tutorial process.Parents should strengthen the study of psychological knowledge,give children the appropriate expectations,and update the concept of education.In order to strengthen their own cultivation of good non-intellectual factors,junior high school students need to clear the purpose of their own learning,a reasonable balance of attribution and enhance the ability of autonomous learning.What they have done together are to reduce the adverse effects of cram schools.The suggestions the author gives are meant to improve the healthy development of the junior high school students' non-intellective factors.
