Research On Personnel Training Problems Of Vocational Colleges Based On Servicing Local Economic Development

In the current global economy rapid development under the new situation, how to carry out vocational training based on local economic development services, is the time request, is the current economic development needs, at the same time, also put forward more weight, higher level requirements for Higher Vocational education. To construct the mode of cultivating what kind of person, what kind of talent training, has become a new topic for the educators in Higher Vocational colleges.Higher vocational education in our country at this stage of the talent training mode in education concept, professional setting, curriculum, teaching mode, can not meet the challenge of the knowledge economy and the impact of WTO, so it is necessary to establish model of higher vocational education suitable for China’s national conditions of the talent cultivating pattern. In this paper, based on the situation of servicing local economic development, first elaborated the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, and then introduces the related theory and concept of higher vocational education, studies the relationship between higher vocational education and local economy. The third chapter is based on a case study of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute, first studies the present situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, including the degree of Higher Vocational Colleges and local industry combination, the consciousness of higher vocational colleges servicing the local economy, operation mechanism to serve the local economy and research efforts, and then from economic development and industrial structure adjustment and personnel structure adjustment we elaborated the higher vocational education necessity, and then from the establishment to adapt to local economic development mechanism, the reform of talent training model, "the headquarters-- base" training pattern, production study research cooperation we dwell on aspects of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute serving local economic situation, and then from the social and professional service concept, structure, pattern and the education system and the cultivation of school enterprise cooperation, teachers, personnel and other aspects we analyze the problems existed between the talent cultivation of University and harmonious development of local economy. In the forth chapter the foreign "cooperation", "dual mode", "production and study cooperation" and "sandwich", "TAFE" mode of education are analyzed, and we get some enlightenment. Finally, in view of the existing personnel training and the development of local economy and in coordination of the problems from the third chapter, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
