With the further reform in the higher education,the higher vocational education which has the closest connection with the economy and industrial structure,through twenty-years'development,has undergone great advance since last 80's.Especially after the state made the decision"greatly developing the higher vocational education"in 1999,the higher vocational education got a chance to develop more rapidly.However,China's higher vocational education didn't get started early enough,with the fact that there was no prevailing schooling experience nor the teachers group suitable for the requirements of the higher vocational education meanwhile there were some problems such as:insufficient understanding of the vocational education,unreasonable teachers structure,weaker practicing abilities and so on.Therefore,the higher vocational education in China,generally,lied in the active experimenting stage.With the theory in administration,sociology,politics,educational economics,development and management of the human resources and with factual evidence and research,this paper,through making the statistical analysis of the status of the talented people in the local colleges,made a deep anatomy in order to seek for a introducing method of the talented people for the local colleges.No orderly improvement in introducing the talented people,based on such cause,this paper made an investigation and analysis on introducing the skill-oriented people in Shazhou Vocational Institute of Technology and proposed the requirements on the skill-oriented teachers group at the higher vocational education by starting with the basic attributes of the higher vocational education and combining with the cultivating object of the higher vocational education,Through specially analyzing the status of the teachers group at Shazhou Vocational Institute of Technology,it also made a further anatomy of the existing problems and proposed the strategy of constructing the teachers group at this institute in the near future with reference to the experience of introducing and constructing the teachers group in higher vocational education in foreign countries at the same time.This paper can not only offer beneficial suggestions for constructing the teachers group of Shazhou Vocational Institute of Technology,but also be of active significance in guaranteeing the quality of higher vocational education,meeting the reform and development in the higher vocational education and promoting the development of the higher vocational education.This paper made an anlysis on the status and the existing problems of the teachers group at the local colleges,which mainly are: not sufficient in quantity,no reasonable in structure,not high enough in quality and no even in distribution.And the main causes are also analyzed.In the end,the suggestions and counter-measures for introducing the skill-oriented people are put forward:updating the concept and managing well the human resources in education;looking inward,updating the means and activating the human resources;based on the market,updating the mind and mediating the channels for the resources;updating the system,establishing the long-effective mechanism and exploring the human resources.
