Course resources is an important source of course formation, and the necessary conditions for the course implementation, and the basis to ensure that the program is smooth implementation of the new course. With the development of the new course reform,it is increasingly recognized that, in order to achieve the goal of course reform, it is very important for rational development and utilization of course resources. Curriculum resources can be divided to the three classification, they are school-based course resources,local course resources and national course resources. Among these course resources,local course resources Which is based on the national course were showed in the local characteristics, ethnic customs and teaching philosophy of course resources in a particular area. Under the influence of the long-standing historical evolution and specific geographical environment various ethnic groups in various parts have created a cultural resource with the characteristics of the region. These cultural resources contains a lot of chemical-related courses resource. If these course resources can be developed and utilized greatly, it will promote the development of local education, thus providing services for local economic and cultural development. The Kazakh in Xinjiang are marching from the nomadic life to modern life, but their still retains the nation’s unique custom cultures,which are including a lat of course resources about of chemistry.These resources need to be developed and utilized.First, this study mastered the research status and and the research methods of course resources at home and abroad by reading a lat of literature related to course resources to determine the research topic, research programs. Secondly, we designed questionnaire in three languages through questionnaire survey method, interview method, and issuing Kazak, Han, Uygur secondary school teachers to understand the current situation of chemistry teaching in our region and the development and utilization of chemistry course resources. Third, through field visits and interviews method mining and developing Kazakh culture-based chemical course resources. Going to all of the place where Kazakhs live relatively containing the city of Yi Ning, Altay and the all counties of the two cities to conducted a field study and collected the course resources related to chemistry in Kazakh culture. After sorting and screening, the elected course resources has Kazakh food culture:the milk, Sale Mai, Airan, Suzbe, Hurt, Kemez and Shubat; clothing and decorative culture:jewelry, leather goods and horses tools; yurt living culture; handicraft culture: Kala Saben,Sermak so on. Fourth, Through content analyzing the middle school chemistry textbook,connecting the developed course resources and related knowledge of chemistry textbooks.At last, using the Kazakh food culture of Airan, Suzbe, Hurt to designed the "Required high school chemistry 1" experimental study chemistry, "the first section of the mixture separation and purification- filtration and evaporation" teaching cases; Application handicraft culture of Kala Saben designed the "Elective high school chemistry 5 Chapter IV Basic organic chemicals in life the first section of " Grease "(first class)," teaching case.For a multi-ethnic living Xinjiang, strengthening mutual understanding and unity among peoples is particularly important. Rich and colorful Kazakh culture offered a wealth of chemistry course resource materials. Using these materials development and utilization of Kazakh culture-based course resources, on the one hand it helps students to study chemistry from the life, on the other hand it helps students to better understand the Kazakh cultural practices, ethnic style. Thus promoting further understanding among peoples and strengthen national unity. Meanwhile Kazakh culture to heritage, and to continue to develop the next generation of light.
