Xinjiang is a minority group located in the west of homeland. The people here created and inherited all kinds of ethnic dances through hard working. These dances give expression to variety of worships, cultural festivals and celebrations which can make people released from the labor. To organize and promote the project can make contributions to the protection and development of the traditional ethnic sports. It is also help to meet the entertainment needs of minority areas and promote the understanding and communication of national culture.The thesis have a research based on several survey methods as followings: consulting documents, making questionnaires and conducting experiments. Through the investigation on 12 PE teachers and 345 students in junior middle school in Karamay City, we draw conclusions and want to find a best way to spread national aerobics to the students. Secondary school students have already got much more school burden, we hope national aerobics, the new way to experience happiness, can spread quickly. That is to say, you can exercise easily and learn different ethnic cultures freely. Eventually, you can develop a good habit of exercise. Studies have shown that:First, Karamay lack of professional teachers to teach national aerobics and the professional teachers, lacking physical education and training. There is no targeted teaching course content so that students have less interest in it. The following work of aerobics have not been effectively implemented.Second, the majority of high school students and teachers agreed to promote national aerobics continually. They also agreed that the project not only rich sports class for reaching more national cultures, but also convenience to the development of activities outside the school, even further show national aerobics to the public to promote the spread of national culture.Third, though high school teachers and students in Karamay City have great interests in national aerobics and have same awareness that the integration of the form is the best way to extend outside class. Three experimental groups of ethnic aerobics have significant difference. The Integration group have more interest and the cognition of them are in the highest degree. As for continuing to participate in national aerobics learning, this group also showed the highest.Fourth, data to promote Xinjiang national aerobics showed the teachers and students all like the form combined Uygur dance and aerobics. Students are enthusiastic and have good attitude towards it. The class schedule can meet the needs of the students’ physical exercise. The promotion of aerobics improves the students’ understandings of the national culture and strengthens the communication between different ethnic groups, to some extent in favor of national unity and social stability.Fifth, the analysis shows that national aerobics are the moderate-intensity project. The data of the three experimental groups changes, especially the Integration group.
