To strengthen the implementation of quality education,school physical education is an important way to promote the all-round development of students,to promote the modernization of education,the construction of Chinese health and human resources power,has important significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese dream."Sports and health" curriculum standards(revised 2011)pointed out: in the process of the implementation of curriculum standards,around the schools can make respectively according to the standard requirements of local sports and health curriculum implementation plan and school physical education and health curriculum implementation plan,teachers should be based on the actual situation of reasonable design and effective implementation of physical education and health course teaching,improve teaching quality.School based curriculum is based on the school,for the local and the actual situation of the school teachers,students need and interest to develop a variety of courses for students to choose.National aerobics has the characteristics of nationality,fitness,according to the different levels of the students of Professor different content,not only help students understand the hometown of minority culture,promoting national unity,but also effectively promote the dissemination of national culture.The study of the National Aerobics into the school curriculum is a response to the call of the times,follow the trend of the policy,toexplore and promote the needs of the national traditional sports.This study focuses on the PE curriculum content in middle schools in Xinjiang,Xinjiang selected second teachers in middle schools as samples,using literature data,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods.The introduction of Xinjiang Corps middle school based Curriculum Feasibility Studies and analyzes the feasibility of combining national fitness.Study on the subjective and objective aspects,finally draws the following conclusion:(1)this course in response to national policy and the actual situation of the local Xinjiang,in has certain advantages in the development of Xinjiang middle schools.(2)it is necessary to introduce the National Aerobics into the school curriculum construction of Xinjiang BINGTUAN middle school.This paper analyzes the content and current situation of physical education in Xinjiang BINGTUAN middle school,and analyzes the students' interest.(3)it is feasible to introduce national aerobics into the school curriculum construction of Xinjiang BINGTUAN middle school.From the subjective side,school leaders,teachers,students want to learn about the national aerobics,although a slight lack of awareness,but most of the National Aerobics learning willingness to agree.From an objective point of view,the policy system for the development of school-based curriculum is strongly supported.In the aspect of national aerobics course content,definition,characteristics,application value in line with the Corps of Xinjiang local culture is suitable for the local students,Xinjiang middle schools are not carried out the National Aerobics course.In the aspect of teachers,the Xinjiang Corps middle school's specialized personnel are few,but the similar specialized talented person resources are rich,has created the possibility for the National Gymnastics development.Finally,in the field of equipment and facilities,Xinjiang Corps high school can basically meet the National Aerobics courses.Because of its feasibility,then in the process of school-based curriculum construction in the following strategies to help them carry out:(1)the school leaders should attach great importance to the development of students' physical quality,carry out the promotion and support of the new curriculum;(2)multi joint training students' enthusiasm and interest in learning;(3)the appropriate input the funds,improve the teaching environment;(4)summarize and feedback.
