Medicine is an empirical discipline, especially in Stomatology, it demands on practical ability and the professional features. Experiment teaching and clinical practice teaching play both critical roles in medicine education. In recent years, along with the implementation of the new curriculum standards, huge changes have occurred in education reform, educational concepts even learning methods. How to better adapt to the reversal in professional identity, from students to "doctors ", has been a hot topic in dental education. With the development of virtual simulation technology, virtual simulation applications used in the field of education has become more mature. New teaching model of stomatology based on experiment teaching via virtual simulation environments is being used in many fields. The teaching mode available today is only designed for dental diseases, it is difficult to Mimic the environment inside the mouth for other oral diseases such as tissue disease.This study is based on literature reviewing of research in stomatology and data processing of stomatology experiment teaching research. The experimental teaching model of stomatology in domestic and foreign was compared in teaching methods, computer and virtual simulation technology. Design an experimental teaching system to analysis the characteristics of virtual simulation technology.Establish a new teaching model based on virtual simulation environment. Study on different grades students to analyze how the virtual simulation experiment teaching make students contact with early clinical operation. Issue with tooth pulp experiment course as an example, the virtual experiment teaching was analyzed to obtain detailed information and data statistical comparison, through the experiment data. According to the feedback from teachers and students, further we modified teaching design contents, significance lies in the use of modern education technology.
