With the development of virtual reality technology,augmented reality technology and my country's education informatization,the application of virtual reality technology in the field of education has become more and more extensive.The emergence of some virtual simulation experiment teaching platforms has laid a solid foundation for the combination of virtual simulation experiment and experimental teaching,and also provided a good external environment for the design and development of virtual simulation experiment software.At present,in the course of experiment teaching of "PLC Technology and Application",there are many problems such as expensive experimental equipment,limited time and space,and the use of pirated software.Because virtual simulation experiments have good effects in education.Therefore,we need to explore the virtual simulation experiment in the experimental teaching of "PLC Technology and Application" to solve the problems of expensive experimental equipment,limited time and space,and the use of pirated software,so as to make up for the shortcomings of the current experimental teaching.This research analyzes the current research status of virtual simulation experiments at home and abroad by sorting out documents;defining the concept of virtual simulation experiments,and classifying and advantages of virtual simulation experiments,immersive learning theory,embodied cognitive theory,and constructivist learning theory Explained and pointed out the guiding significance of immersive learning theory,embodied cognition theory and constructivist learning theory in the development of virtual simulation experiment software.Secondly,conduct course analysis,learner analysis,and demand analysis for the "PLC Technology and Application" course,further clarify the simulation experiment teaching content in this research,and design the development model of the PLC course virtual simulation experiment software.Then the system design of the virtual simulation experiment software mainly includes the overall design,interface design and interaction design of the virtual simulation experiment software.After the design is completed,the virtual simulation experiment software is developed according to the development model of the virtual simulation experiment software.The development of the software mainly includes the explanation of the software development principles,the development environment configuration,the model construction,and the development of the software functional modules.After the software is developed,the software is developed.Make a test release.This research is mainly based on Unity 3D and Visual Studio 2017 tools for the development of virtual simulation experiment software,because the language they use is relatively mature,and the externally available resources are relatively abundant,which makes the design and development of virtual simulation experiment software It's relatively easy.In addition,Visual Studio 2017 can design and develop a relatively concise software page,and Unity 3D can design and develop more realistic virtual simulation experiment scenes and provide more humane visual programming,thereby making the development prospects of virtual simulation experiment software broader and experimental content More abundant and diverse.All this makes the development and research of virtual simulation experiment software of great significance.
