The Research Of Creating Public Sports Service System Demonstration Area Based On The Ministry Of Cooperation Mode In Xuzhou

This study was conducted in the provincial Ministry of Cooperation of public sports service system demonstration zone backdrop, create index system to start from the perspective of Jiangsu Province demonstration area public sports service system;in particular the use of literature, field surveys, mathematical statistics and interviews other research methods, from organizational management, funding, service, service,efficiency and satisfaction of the masses and other aspects of public sports service system demonstration area to create a study of Xuzhou City, the following conclusions:(1) The role of the manager of Xuzhou city government has not change, public sports organization and management services is still dominated government forces;social participation is not high, the number of Xuzhou City Sports Organizations are still too few; Public Sports Service policy support is not enough, the absence of local sports regulations.(2) Xuzhou City Public sports service funding comes mainly from government funds and lottery funds set aside, too little investment in social capital, the total lack of funding.(3) Xuzhou City public sports service facilities system basically completed, but the overall distribution is not balanced, needs to be further improved; Xuzhou City sports events has increased year by year, nationwide fitness activities, public participation is higher; fitness instructors development rapidly, but still can not meet the requirements, rehabilitation exercise market needs to be developed, information service system has not been perfect.(4) Xuzhou City National Physique significantly improved, but is still poor adolescent physique.(5) a higher overall public satisfaction Xuzhou public sports services, but there is a big lack of individual aspects.And the corresponding recommendations:(1) the introduction of competition in the market mechanisms to achieve the diversification of supply;Equal(2) Service resources;(3) to strengthen local public sports and regulations to improve the legal system of public sports service;(4) establish and improve the integration of information transmission network and comprehensive sports information platform;(5) strengthen social instructor team building;(6) The establishment of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system.
