With Along with the rapid development of China's higher education,postgraduate education has made great achievements,academic morality,academic moral education,academic ethics,academic moral education problems began to enter the horizon and gradually aroused the attention of academic circles.No matter from the theoretical or practical level,the urgency and importance of the research on the cultivation of Postgraduates' academic morality is demonstrated.Firstly,it explains the background and significance of this study,summarizes the current situation and the latest progress of the research on the cultivation of Postgraduates' academic ethics at home and abroad,and summarizes the innovation and research methods of this study.Then,according to the internal logic of graduate students' academic ethics,education,norms and cultivation,the paper constructs the framework of the whole thesis.An overview of the problem of graduate students' academic ethics is the premise of the research.The present postgraduate academic moral existence many problems,loss of range of academic dishonesty of academic ethics,due to the subjective and objective causes part of postgraduate academic moral understanding is not enough,the academic moral violations often occur.The analysis tells us the problems and causes of academic moral existence of graduate students,should pay attention to strengthening from multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve the theoretical development of academic moral education of graduate students,big data survey to promote the practice of innovation,the whole society to make the policy of China unicom.The theoretical explanation of graduate students' moral education is the theoretical basis for the cultivation of Postgraduates' academic morality.On the basis of existing research results,discusses the concept and connotation of academic moral education of graduate students,the paper summarized the main features of academic moral education of postgraduates,defines the elements of the academic moral education of graduate students and the specific content.The formulation and implementation of postgraduate academic ethics is the institutional guarantee to realize the cultivation of Postgraduates' academic morality.At present,both the state and the University,in practice,continue to develop and improve the top level design and specific norms of graduate academic ethics.For graduate students,the anomie of academic morality,academic ethics academic standards between postgraduate academic moral standard implementation of academic ethics and requirements,including between the tutor and the object of the study and academic achievements in requirements.On the basis of analyzing the problems of academic ethics,academic moral education and academic ethics,this paper puts forward the principles and approaches of the cultivation of Postgraduates' academic morality in the new situation.Postgraduate academic moral cultivation should grasp the basic principles,adhere to the principle of explicit and implicit tutors and students are the unity of the principle of unity,the unity of emotional and rational principles and the principle of the unity of self-discipline and heteronomy.Postgraduate academic moral cultivation to achieve effective and targeted,must realize the linkage between the countries,universities,students' ability,moral orientation in the goal and content,strengthen the moral norms in practice,pay attention to moral feedback in effect evaluation.
