Investigation And Analysis Of The Status Of The University CUBA Men’s Basketball Competition And Training Managementin Guizhou

CUBA is valuable experiment of society making physical training and game. It is also the product of development.CUBA has it own space to develop in basketball game field.It doesn’t only means a game.it makes a reform in the China university P.E field.The form and strength accelerate China basketball specialization and offer new visual angle in university sports training(after school) and China high level cultivating mode. So holding CUBA match has significant meaning in a long run. but we should know CUBA is a new product after all.There are no systematic study on it.In this paper I offer some improvement on CUBA by sending the questionnaire to the coach, team number and expert and making review. The questionnaire I(to sportsman) is to make reflection to the status of sportsman joined in CUBA. I send the questionnaire in different level. I chose 3 male teams.There are 45 questionnaires in effect. The recycle rate is 93.3%,The available rate is 93.3%. In this sense the questionnaire is representative. Questionnaire II(to coach) to make reflection the coach and the information of CUBA team training,management and fund. I send10 questionnaires and recycle 15.There 10 questionnaires in effect.the recycle rate is 100%.The e available rate is 100%. The inquirers of expert questionnaire are experts in education field, sports field.By the study of the item that can affect CUBA development and the way of solving the question has happened through theory analysis I draw conclusions below:1. CUBA team members always come from the high school sports team. These teams member’s age are gold time of developing competition skill. But motivate that join in the match is not clear.2. Most of CUBA coaches are university P.E teachers. Many coaches have no experience before join the match of CUBA. And they didn’t join high-level basketball match. But they have right motive.3. Increasing government support for college basketball Guizhou Province and its related education and training institutions.4. Studying and Training contradiction Guizhou Province great men’s basketball college athletes, there are some teams can not conduct systematic training throughout the year, the training time is not guaranteed, the game is too small.5. Promote market-oriented development of Guizhou University Basketball.6. Guizhou Province CUBA Teams fewer funds, single source.7. The Guizhou Province CUBA college students as an important part of sports industry development strategy.
