Guizhou University Student Cadres Existence Question And Countermeasure Research

In Guizhou province, the contingent of student cadres is the core force of students in colleges and universities, which is the organization that students take activities in accordance with "self management, self education, self service", and it plays an important role in Guizhou college students’ideological and political educational work, meanwhile, it is also an important and effective way to carry out the quality education. With the development of society, science and technology, as well as the education reform, it appeared a lot of new situations and trends in the developing process of the contingent of Guizhou college students cadres, especially that these students don’t pay enough attention to their study, besides, the absence of "three outlooks"(world outlook, outlook on life, values) education, the lack of self-discipline and collective consciousness, the motivation of electing cadres is not pure, the formalism is highlighted, the structure of grades is unreasonable, the mechanism of cadre selection and cultivation is inefficient, etc.. These problems limit the sustainable development of college student cadres in Guizhou, this paper points out some problems of it, makes a great deal of investigations and consults a number of related references, it raised some countermeasures for solving the existed problems. There are three chapters:In chapter1,1defined the essence of Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou, revealed the relation between the Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou and the ideological and political education for college students, focus on the research value of the Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou.In chapter2, I made good use of various theories of Statistics, Ideological and Political education and Management to research the situation of the Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou. On the basis of investigations,I analyzed the results of investigations, refined and concluded the problems existing and further analyzed the factors of the problems.In chapter3, I figured out the specific strategies to advance the improvement of the Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou. The strategies include:We should improve their theoretical level, strengthen their practical ability and complete the construction of systems, etc so as to explore a continuous development path of improving the Student Cadres of colleges and universities in Guizhou and to make contributions to the advancement of it.
