Research For Training Pattern Of International Talents Of Higher Vocational Education College

The current world is changing rapidly, so knowledge economy gradually highlights its dominant position. With the deepening of economic globalization, international competition has evolved into the talent resource competition. Among them, the international characteristic of talents becomes the core of the competition, and the education is the key for talent competition. It is well known that the higher education is the key period to the talented person growth, so its internationalization development will become an inevitable trend. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has the two natures of both higher education and vocational education. Thus, promoting the internationalization of higher vocational education of our country and cultivating students to serve the social needs are the current worth the most important subject to pay close attention in higher vocational colleges. And, it is the international enterprise development inevitably choice of higher vocational colleges to adapt to the higher vocational education, but also the development need of deepening the reform of higher vocational colleges in our country.This paper is according to the economic and social needs of high-quality workers and skilled personnel. According to the ministry of education promulgated the “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)”in the part of “Open Expand Education” puts forward to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, introduce high quality education resources, improve the level of exchanges and cooperation in these three aspects to raise the level of education internationalization. On the basis of the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Human Resources and Social Security, the six departments jointly issued by “the Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan(2014-2020) ”in the part of “Construction of Open Vocational Education System ” puts forward the specific planning on internationalization of vocational education school, from expanding the introduction of foreign high-quality vocational education resources to strengthening the Chinese and foreign cooperation and exchanges in the field of vocational education. This paper deeply studied the present situation of the internationalization of higher vocational colleges training mode, and analyzed the existing problems and reasons. From the four aspects, innovation idea, the characteristics of running a school, resource integration and perfecting the mechanism, provides countermeasures and Suggestions to the internationalization of higher vocational colleges training mode.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign relevant contents about internationalized talents training in higher vocational colleges, explaining the concept of internationalization of education, the internationalization of higher vocational colleges, internationalized talents cultivation model. Based on previous studies, the paper used theory research of the human capital theory, strategic alliance and higher education cost-sharing. Using the way of questionnaire survey to research more than 500 students from three different types of vocational colleges, found some issues, as the train positioning, professional setting, curriculum implementation, teachers construction and cooperation of colleges and corporations, and then the analyzing the reason. At the same time, the writer chose one of national demonstrative higher vocational colleges to carry on the on-the-spot interview and case analysis, and drew lessons from the advantages of case study and experience. The paper finally put forward an idea that the higher vocational colleges needs to position the global, from the perspective of expanding international influence on students’ benefit range to scientifically grasping the essence of international talents training mode, from the concept of innovation to creating a good atmosphere of internationalized talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges, from the characteristics of running a school to promoting the development of the connotation of international talents training in higher vocational colleges, from integrating resources to exploring the effective path of internationalized talents training in higher vocational colleges, from perfecting the mechanism to promoting the internationalization of higher vocational colleges the standardization of the construction of talents cultivation. The writer provided countermeasures and Suggestions to internationalized talents cultivation model for higher vocational colleges from multi-angles.The ultimate goal of this paper is to comply with the international development trend, to stimulate the internationalization of higher vocational colleges to develop initiative and to promote personnel training mode in internationalization of our higher vocational colleges in our country, to a deep, wide field, and high level, to keep the sustainable development direction. And then, is to optimize the level and the quality of personnel training of higher vocational colleges providing countermeasures and to provide power for enhancing regional economic vitality.
