With the deepening of "Internet +" and digital economy,the E-commerce industry has ushered in new opportunities for development,and the social demand for e-commerce talents has increased,especially for high-quality technical and technical talents specializing in e-commerce.As the main body of technical and technical personnel training,vocational colleges should bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and technical personnel."3+2" is one of the channels for training technical and technical talents.From the micro point of view,it opens the channel for sustainable development of secondary vocational graduates,effectively integrates the educational resources of vocational education colleges,and enables them to have the conditions for training high-quality technical and technical talents for the country.From a macroscopic point of view,it is a practical exploration to accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system.Firstly,this paper grasps the relevant policies and the current situation of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education through literature research,the research direction of this paper is determined.Secondly,through literature research and text analysis,it clarifies the talent demand of e-commerce enterprises,vocational post group of e-commerce and vocational ability requirements,and compares and analyzes the talent training program of "3+2" middle and higher vocational education of e-commerce major,and finds that the talent training goal and course connection are not smooth.On this basis,through the questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods,select teachers and students of "3+2" E-commerce major of 4 secondary vocational schools and 4 vocational colleges in Tianjin as the research sample,from the following five aspects: personnel training objectives,curriculum system,practical teaching,assessment and evaluation,and professional qualification certificates,comprehensive research on the electronic commerce specialized in Tianjin in the "3+2" higher vocational cohesion on the implementation of specific situation,found that e-commerce professional linkup of "3+2" higher vocational: talents training target fuzzy,cultivating specification level is not clear;The professional curriculum setting is repeated and the professional core curriculum is disjointed;The practice teaching link disconnects;The examination standard of transfer admission is not strict;The reasons for the problems are analyzed from the three levels of government,industry,enterprises and schools: the lack of enrollment supervision system and the urgent need to improve national vocational standards;Industry enterprises are not very enthusiastic to participate in practical training and teaching,and there are few opportunities for students to take internship.Middle and higher vocational schools lack communicationmechanism,lack of high-level "double teacher" teachers,lack of long-term employment guidance for students’ mechanism.Finally,based on the analysis of existing problems and their causes,this paper proposes strategies from three aspects,namely,technical path,condition guarantee and practical strategy,under the guidance of theories such as lifelong education,cognitive development and rule of skill formation,and benefit maximization.First,it constructs the connecting path of "3+2" training target and curriculum system for middle and higher vocational college talents.Second,to establish a supervision mechanism,cooperation and exchange mechanism,to realize the joint construction and sharing of resources;Third,the construction of the "trinity" of the practice teaching system,the construction of a comprehensive vocational qualification certificate system,to achieve a diversified assessment system;In order to provide some reference or inspiration for vocational colleges to explore the practice of cultivating high-quality technical talents.
