Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of High-skilled Talents Cultivation Of Electromechanical Specialty In Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges

The development of science and technology has promoted the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and industrial structure.As a scientific combination of mechanical and electronic technologies,electromechanical technology has become the main orientation of the world's mechanical and electronic technology and mechanical and electronic products.The development of electromechanical technology not only restricts the development level of the manufacturing industry,but also plays an immeasurable role in the intelligent development of production methods."Made in China 2015" puts forward the blueprint for the development of "manufacturing a strong country" from the national strategic level.High-skilled talents are an important driving force for the development of the manufacturing industry.The issue of talent cultivation has become a major factor restricting the development of the manufacturing industry.As a “National Advanced Manufacturing R&D Base”,Tianjin has put forward higher requirements in terms of talent cultivation as the level of intelligent manufacturing has been continuously improved.Higher vocational colleges are the main place for the training of high-skilled talents.The problem of talent cultivation has become the main factor affecting the quality of electromechanical talents.Therefore,this study investigated the current situation of talent training in electromechanical majors in some higher vocational colleges in Tianjin,and analyzed the existing problems in the talent training,and proposed the targeted solutions,which mainly includes the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status of technical ang electromechanical personnel training at home and abroad,related core concepts,theoretical basis and research ideas and methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the current development status and trend of the electromechanical manufacturing industry in Tianjin,the current situation of talent demand in the electromechanical industry,and the professional setting and talent training of some representative electromechanical majors in vocational colleges.The third chapter takes the electromechanical majors of six higher vocational colleges in Tianjin as the research object.From the four dimensions of training objectives,curriculum setting and teaching mode,teacher team construction,and evaluation methods,with questionnaire survey method and interview method as the main research methods,this chapter investigates the current situation of talent training in electromechanical majors in Tianjin higher vocational colleges.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the training of electromechanical talents in Tianjin higher vocational colleges.At present,there are many problems in the training of mechanical and electrical talents in Tianjin vocational colleges,such as shortage of funds,inaccurate orientation of training objectives,blindness in curriculum system setting,shortcoming in teachers' teaching ability,and single assessment and evaluation methods.Secondly,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects: government,society,vocational colleges,teachers and students.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of electromechanical professional talent training in higher vocational colleges from four levels: government,society,higher vocational colleges and teachers.
