With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, society is attaching importance to higher vocational college job of training person with ability. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of this job, higher vocational colleges actualized Cooperative Education of Enterprise, University and Research (CEEUR) rifely. It is a kind of open-style talent training pattern in academia and industry of higher vocational education which combines higher vocational colleges, society and economy, training talents with higher applied technology; is a kind of representation of the university-business partnership in educational field.This research aims at making a summing-up of CEEUR on the basis of completely understanding it. At the same time, this research aims at discussing how to popularize CEEUR in higher vocational colleges and industry branches; how to furthest utilize the two important education environment and resources, colleges and enterprises; how to make CEEUR to improve the development of higher vocational education and the career of training talents with higher applied technology.The object of this research is CEEUR and lots of theoretic questions and practical questions in the course of practicing CEEUR. Firstly, this paper reviews the rising and development of Cooperative Education in overseas, the posture of CEEUR in higher vocational colleges and the theoretic base. Secondly, the main bodies, running-mechanism, teaching and management of CEEUR are researched from macroscopical view and microcosmic view, so we can attain all-around comprehension of this talent training pattern. At last, toward the most pivotal factor to restrict the development of CEEUR, enterprises in our country are short of positivity and master-consciousness to participate in CEEUR, this paper analyzes its cause of formation and puts forward constructive suggestions.
