A Study About Population Ethics And Its Value Of National Intangible Cultural Heritage In Qingshui River Basin

All aspects of the contemporary Chinese society are conditioned by the population pressure,people’s way of thinking,values,behavior orientation are saturated with the effects of the population problem. Promoting social development,and building a harmonious socialist society can not leave the ethical guidance,moral participation. When in the face of the population problem we need special ethical thinking. Intangible cultural heritage is a kind of social culture formation after accumulation,inheritance and creation,and a basic power standardizing the people thought and behavior,contains a large number of people ethical resources. It’s conducive to human and social harmony,comprehensive and balanced development to explore population ethics and its value in the intangible cultural heritage.Using the literature research, interdisciplinary research, value analysis and other methods, this study analyze intangible cultural heritage materials in Qingshui river basin from the perspective of population ethics. The content of Population ethics is divided into five aspects,which is marriage ethics, birth ethics,aged ethics,death and funeral ethics,and environmental ethics.The value of population ethics including nomative value, educational value, the evaluation value and predictive value.At the last part the study summarizes the enlightenment which brings to construction of harmonious population culture,the development of population from population ethics and its value of national intangible cultural heritage in Qingshui river basin.
