High school biology curriculum reform promotes exploratory study now, seeking to change the way in the students’ learning, guiding them to join in learning process and letting them think, learn and grow in experience. At present, in the influence of the curriculum reform, many subjects have seek to find the effective teaching ways, or example, teaching method, cooperation and explore learning. Experience learning is originated in Europe and developed in America in the way of teaching, all of the student get knowledge, developing ability, generate emotion under the specific situation, through experience and among the teaching process. David kolb researched and described the experience learning from different conveniences. He to be the first one to put forward the “Experiential Learning Cycle”.Compared with the traditional teaching mode, experiential learning has he basic characteristics, “for the experience”, “in the experience”. “For the sake of experience” means putting the purpose of the seepage in the experience through the teaching process, making full use of experience to the cultivation of the students’ correct attitude and the value of a good way of doing things, so that the students get involved in the subjectivity and initiative in the learning process. “ in the experience” means the teacher wants to build a suitable situation and atmosphere as far as possible, through the continuous communication between course and course, causes the student to obtain the psychological orientation and the development of effective process. “in the experience" means making full use of students’ knowledge and experience, transferred the student’s important status, for the "freedom" of students’ creative thought and action, let all of student have more chances for development, the student can attain freedom from the body and thought, make the student to study the spatial, the initiative.Combined with the third middle school of Liaocheng city in Shandong Province, this study through the questionnaire survey to survey high school biology teachers’ understanding of experiential learning and practice. The results showed that most teachers have points the great importance to the students’ conscious experience, but the deviation in the concrete teaching practice, for instance, they just simply focus on students in form experience but ignores students’ activities.This study combining Renjiao version of high school textbooks, choosing three teaching cases, the results show that the experience teaching can improve students’ interest in knowledge learning, making students master knowledge better and improving their examination skills. Then describing the implementation process of experimental research and combining with the experience teaching cases. In utmost, to analysis the statistical of results, and draw to the conclusion and reflection.
