In recent years our country for many times, according to data from the national student physique monitoring body function and physical quality has dropped significantly, the students’ physical situation is grim, under the background of the country issued 《the central committee of the communist party of China, the state council on strengthening youth sports to enhance teenagers’ opinions》, 《national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)》 and a series of policies and regulations, cities and regions should make the corresponding action plan, facilitate the implementation of the policy laws and regulations, to improve the students’ physical health level. Liaocheng city elementary and middle schools in the city to carry out the "431" popularization activity is the embodiment of national policy response, four exercises that eye exercises, broadcast gymnastics, aerobics, martial arts; Three goals in basketball, table tennis, volleyball, A run to run.In this paper, using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, etc., to liaocheng dongchangfu district middle school "431" as the research object, 2010-2013 were collected liaocheng dongchangfu district middle school students the physical test data, and the specific condition of "431", to understand the "431" liaocheng popularization activities before and after the implementation of student physique condition, analysis of "431" characteristics of the various factors in the process of popularization activities of liaocheng city middle school students’ physical health level provides the theoretical basis to further improve.
