Oral communication is the language of the most basic human activities, also is the most direct means of communication society. "Compulsory education Chinese course standard" points out:"oral communication ability is the modern citizen’s necessary ability, we should cultivate students listening, expression and response capacity, in order to have a civilized and harmonious interpersonal communication literacy." Therefore, it is very important to cultivate students’ ability of this aspect. Yanji City No.12 middle school learning in training students’ oral English communicative competence has made certain achievements, but there are some problems, how to improve students’ oral English communicative competence is the problem this paper need to face.This article is based on Yanji City No.12 middle school, for example, researching Yanji City No.12 middle school’s current situation of Chinese oral communication teaching. The whole article is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction, introduced the survey objective and significance of this paper, the survey limits and method, etc.The second part is the body part of a treatise, including the second chapter to the fifth chapter. The second chapter, characteristics and requirements of Chinese oral communication teaching in junior middle school, expounds the characteristics of oral communication and oral communication teaching, and the compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard requirements, suggestions to the teaching of oral communication and evaluation, provides a portion of theoretical basis for teachers teaching. The third chapter,investigate the current situation of the school oral communication teaching and the current situation analysis from different angles through questionnaire. The fourth chapter points out the results and problems in oral communication teaching and analyse the reasons. The fifth chapter to the school oral communication teaching problems put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.The third part is the conclusion.Through the investigation, it’s shown that in the Yanji City No.12 middle school language oral communication teaching has achieved certain results, formed the good learning atmosphere. Also in the students’ communicative ability is different, andresource utilization is not sufficient.Aiming at the problom, in this paper, it’s divided into the school, teachers and students proposed three aspects:school aspect: increaseing the training time of oral communication teaching, writing scientific and reasonable school-based teaching materials, riching variety of evaluation methods; Teacher:Deepen the understanding of oral communication teaching, make full use of in-class and after-class teaching resources, using a variety of training methods, give full consideration to the student individual ability difference; Students:building up the idea that the oral communication study to deepen the understanding of it, take an active part in social practice activities, to raise their ability.
