The New Curriculum Reform of normal senior middle school formally started in Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan Province and Ningxia Autonomous region in June,2004. During next six years, six parts of provinces and districts constantly took part in the New Curriculum Reform. Since September,2010, the New Curriculum Reform of senior middle school spread all over the country. Dazhou City began to carry out New Curriculum Reform of senior middle school in September,2010. The New Curriculum Reform of senior middle school is huge systematic project. The implementation of New Curriculum Reform of senior middle school has to base on the effective implementation of every subject. Therefore, paying attention to the implementary current situation, degree of every subject in senior middle school, as well as discovering problems and shortcomings, and searching effective strategies will be very important realistic significance for promoting whole Chinese New Curriculum Reform of senior middle school.The paper takes the current situation of Chinese new curriculum implementation in Dazhou City for research object. Ninety-two teachers and two hundred and eighty-seven students of ten middle schools in Xuanhan, Dazhu, Daxian County are surveyed, which really reflects the implementary current situation of Chinese new curriculum in Dazhou. Learning about the success and problems during the implementary process of Chinese new curriculum in senior middle school, putting forward proper strategies in order to offer reference to Chinese new curriculum reform and implementation in this region.The paper is divided into four parts. Part one is introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research meaning and relative research. Part two introduces the overall design of investigation research. Part three is the results and analysis of investigation research, which investigates and analyses the implementary current situation of Chinese new curriculum in senior middle school from curriculum implementary environment, new curriculum training, teaching current situation, elective courses implementation, curriculum evaluation, teachers’ professional development six aspects. Part four is research conclusion. Through investigation and find out that Chinese new curriculum in senior middle school has made some achievements:Chinese new curriculum reform in senior middle school is accepted by many teachers and students, teaching concept is changing, as well as teaching style of teacher. However, the effect of Chinese new curriculum implementation in senior middle school of this area isn’t obvious, the pace of Chinese new curriculum reform in senior middle school is slow in all, and many problems lie in the process of implementation:lack of implementary environment and condition, the effect of new curriculum training is low, teachers play main parts in class, elective courses haven’t selective and personality, curriculum evaluation mainly bases on students’grades, the situation of teacher’s professional development. Part five is suggestion. According to these main problems, writer puts forward some suggestions and strategies:strengthen headmaster’s function, lead new curriculum reform to smooth roads, reinforce the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resource, which provide resource security for new curriculum implementation.Change teaching style, foster students’ability of independence, cooperation, exploration, respect students’autonomy about choosing courses, stimulate the interest of elective courses learning, perfect the evaluative system of Chinese courses in senor middle school, promote students’comprehensive and personality development, construct long effective teachers’developing system, improve teachers’ability of controlling new curriculum.
