This article is about a famous American adult education at maze of transforming learning theory research, in a maze ROM(Mezirow) the transformation of learning theory as the main theoretical basis for analysis, is the transformation of learning theory and an organic combination of theory and practice of adult education, the development of adult education discipline has a great role in promoting.The paper mainly adopts comparative research, literature research as the main research methods, such as in maze of transforming learning theory as the main research object, the emergence and development, practice and communication, problems and enlightenment discourse to a certain extent. Transforming learning theory argues that ordinary people need through the "trigger events" to restore the meaning of the existing views, and integration,through the process of reflection, the new meaning point of view, to achieve the ultimate goal of "talent".Different aspects involved in the field of adult education to convert the content of the study has a very profound effect, which means transforming learning is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive theory of new type, we need more attention, at the same time, the transformation of development and improvement of the learning theory will also be on adult education, sociology, the development of constructivism, and many other disciplines have important role.
