The Research On The Transformative Learning Of Adult From The Promote Of New Urbanization

In the early 1960 s, the theory of Adult Transformative Learning began to sprout,and constantly improved and developed.The theory was pioneered and promoted by western scholars. In recent years, the scholars of Chinese also spent a lot of attention on it, so the research on the theory of Adult Transformative Learning has both basis and further research space. New urbanization construction brought about many changes on people's life and work, this article intends to solve how to promote the behavior on the theory of Adult Transformative Learning, intend to create a convenient environment and conditions for it.And the study may carry out more effective the reference for adult transformative learning theory for our country.The theme of this article is” the research on the Transformative Learning of Adult from the Promote of New Urbanization”.The first chapter is the introduction, In this part, I expound the origin and significance of this topic and current research of the Transformative Learning of Adult. I also explain thought, method and innovation of this paper. In addition, I paraphrase and define the conception of adult learning, the Transformative Learning of Adult and the Transformative Learning of Adult from the Promote of New Urbanization, which give a solid foundation to the research in future.The second chapter is the social condition of on the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization.I explain it on three aspect.The first one is the the urbanization movement and process on the adult transformative learning.The second one is the favorable conditions provided by the new advance of urbanization development.The third one is the trends of the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization development.The third chapter is the deeply analyze of the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization. First of all, I discuss the related theories on support;Secondly, I summarize the the main characteristic of adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization; Finally, I comb the three groups of relationship which connected with the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization should pay attention to.The fourth chapter is the research on the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization. Firstly I describes the present situation of research in brief, respectively from the selection of the research object, the content of the research thinking and process design. Secondly through arrangement and analysis of surveydata, I try to analyze the causes of the problems, which provide the basis to make corresponding countermeasures.The fifth chapter is measures on the adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization. According to the problems above and the analysis on causes,I put forward the corresponding countermeasures, respectively from the macro, meso and micro.I explore on the development of adult transformative learning under the new advance of urbanization.The final conclusion part of this study I conducte a profound reflection. I analyze on the problems from the data and information in this thesis,and look forwad to some new exploration on it.
