The formation and guidance of college students’ vocational view is an important research subject in today’s university ideological and political education field. College students in social part-time activities provide occupation role experience opportunities for college students. It can help students clear social role responsibilities and obligations. Through social part-time activities receive perceptual knowledge and practical experience on social career, in order to lay a foundation for establishing rational professional view. Based on the theory of ideological and political education at the same time using related subjects such as sociology, psychology, pedagogy theory, The theory describes the students engaged in social part-time on formation of the occupation view, in order to research college students’ career problem provides a new perspective and research methods, To further enrich the theory of ideological and political education related research. It can help the Department of employment guidance and education workers have a more clear demand of College Students and strengthen education about employment guidance and career, Promoting college students to form scientific view of occupation.This paper using the concept of career related theory and the theory of hierarchy of needs and career development to study the impact of college students’ part-time on the professional view. This research object is the students of Nanjing Normal University,Hohai University,Nanjing University of Technology and Jiangsu Institute of Commerce. This research using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and comparative study to study the impact of college students’ part-time on the professional view.The research shows that College students through social part-time experience different roles, Clear their own career planning,Improve their professional quality and ability, Cultivate good professional ethics, To provide a practice platform to set up a correct concept of occupation. College students engaged in part-time job main social group is a sophomore, junior. They want to accumulate job experience, to lay a foundation for employment and earn a living, but the reality is that college students blindly choose type of work in order to seek a part-time job, they choose the most part-time jobs have no matter with their own professional, mainly in services. It requires schools through part-time professional guidance, guide students to choose suitable for their future career orientation and career planning of part-time jobs. The survey also reflects the college students’ career cognitive fuzzy, not engaged in social part-time college students tend to be material benefits in occupation choice, they ignore the social responsibility and social value of behavior, while engaged in social part-time college students can balance the relationship between economic benefits and social demand and realize the value of individual life. Self-employment has become a new trend of employment and Confirm the professional evaluation standards by traditional stable gradually shift to personal fulfillment.
