With the arrival of the big data era, sharing information on a global scale became possible, which has brought great convenience to people’s life and work. But at the same time, big data also created leakage of personal data and exposure personal privacy happened in a greater and deeper scale. Especially the social public figures who live on the screen suffer this crisis badly.This study took social public figure as the main research object, according to the feasibility and effectiveness principle of data collection, collected 656 news reports from September 2014 to March 2015 on tencent entertainment coverage. On the basis of word merge, extracting text features and pruning, statistical analysis and text mining,this study tried to research privacy exposure of social public figure in this big data era.Firstly, this article defined the connotation and denotation of "social public figures privacy life", and the statistical analysis based on this found that the exposed privacy of public figures include four aspects: individual physical characteristics; individual emotional experience; working or property; individual social activities. The reason of privacy exposure of social public figures, besides the extrinsic factors of social environment more performed as the exposure motivation of the main body in the exposure process.On the basis of Parsons’ theory of social action and the analysis of the exposure content and exposure reason, this article summarized the essence and the characteristics of privacy exposure caused by big data of social public figures.Based on the content analysis of collected news reports, found that big data reveal social public figures’ privacy life with three exposure method(cognitive, describe and explain) which mainly benefited from the mixture and correlation of data. Based on the analysis of the three stages of privacy exposure mechanism, found that the exposure mechanism reflected two problems: from self exposure to the media exposure and infringement of media exposure. Habermas’ s "legitimacy crisis" theory was used to analyze the phenomenon of social life and public figures privacy exposure, and found that it is not only the legitimacy of the legal crisis, but also the crisis of legitimacy and morality. Finally, this article combined Habermas’ s "crisis of legitimacy" theory and Foucault’s "governance" theory, from the perspective of “subject missing” put forwarded suggestions on privacy protections of the state, society, and individual.
