Research On Privacy Protection Of College Students In The Age Of Big Data

With the advent of the era of big data,privacy and security issues are becoming more prominent.The main sources of big data are social networks,e-commerce-based networks and mobile intelligent terminals.Today,as college students become the main force of network and mobile intelligent terminals,their personal information and privacy become important raw materials for big data.In addition,with the construction of smart cities,data countries,and data universities,the problem of privacy protection for college students in the era of big data has become a realistic problem that needs to be solved in the current situation when the existing laws are not completely synchronized with the development of big data technology.Firstly,by reviewing and combing relevant literatures at home and abroad,the concepts of privacy and privacy are clarified,the boundaries between data privacy and online privacy are defined,the concept of college students' privacy in the era of big data is defined,and the main protection of college students' privacy protection in the era of big data is proposed.The content is the privacy of data-based identity privacy and data-based activities.The essence of privacy protection for college students in the era of big data is to protect “core data privacy”.Secondly,aiming at the current status quo of college students' privacy protection,some college students in Hangzhou are surveyed.From the four aspects of privacy cognition,privacy concerns,privacy concept and privacy protection behavior,combined with college students' understanding and mastery of big data technology,As a whole,we grasp the status quo of privacy protection for college students in the era of big data.The survey results show that college students have certain privacy concerns,but the privacy cognition is vague,the privacy concept is biased,and the privacy protection behavior is not sufficient.Further analysis shows that the root cause of the privacy protection problem of college students in the era of big data lies in the lack of privacy awareness of college students,the insufficient attention paid to the protection of students' privacy,and legal development and technical change are not synchronized.The way to strengthen the privacy protection of college students in the era of big data is to return to the personality and value of privacy by revisiting the privacy and the personality education function of the ideological and political class;clarifying the data by defining the core data privacy and setting the standards for privacy protection of college students in the era of big data.The legal protection boundary of privacy;Regulate multi-source violations by monitoringtraceability and building a data management system for college students centered on forgetting;strengthening the privacy protection of college students by understanding the privacy protection technology of big data and improving the privacy of data.
