With the continuous development of society,the demand for talented people has increased.As a contemporary college students,he should not only master the deep scientific knowledge systems,but also constantly improve the quality of their own personality and the social practice ability,in order to stand out in the fierce competition.It also indicates higher demands on education requirements.We should pay attention to cultural knowledge as well as the overall development of students’ physical and mental quality.As an important part of quality education,the students’ mental health education has drawn more and more people’s attention.Based on the teaching process,the effectiveness of the traditional way in teaching mental health education activities is not ideal.And the psychological outward-bound training provides us with a new teaching form and method,having a profound impact on college students’ mental health and development.With literature,interviews,observation,questionnaire,logical analysis and other research methods,the author makes a comparison between the outward-bound training and the traditional teaching mode.The comparative analysis of the two teaching method is mainly from the aspects of theoretical bases,teaching models,implementation strategies of teaching activities and the evaluation of teaching results.Studies have shown that in the teaching activities in mental health education,the outward-bound training single or single traditional teaching can not achieve the desired effect of teaching,we need both practice test and profound theoretical guidance which should be combined to improve the psychological quality of students.The author hopes to explore a complete teaching mode for mental health education,and to provide a theoretical reference to the reform and development of teaching model.
