| Conference is an important means of daily management. It exits in all countries, enterprises, government agencies, institutions and each Individual has to attend lots of meetings in their lives. Middle school meetings are numerous. Teachers’ regular meeting is a common way of management, whose contents are plentiful and the participants are extensive. The characteristics of the teachers’ regular meeting is quick spread of information, which helps to fulfill the daily management. At the same time, the teachers’ regular meeting provides the opportunity for the faculty and staff to see each other, and establish the channels of multi- communication, which represents the way of participating in school management. Teachers’ regular meeting plays an important role in school daily management and democratic management, and its effectiveness directly influences the quality of school management.The traditional conception of meeting pays attention to using the function of the teacher’s regular meeting to transmit the information to deal with the school daily management, which neglects the teacher’s regular meeting’s function of the multi-direction communication. This study is based on the theory of interpersonal relationship and the premise of multi-dialogue, and combined with the school management to study the problem, the cause and the countermeasure of the teachers’ regular meeting.This study presented the time arrangements, locations, meeting materials, preparations of equipment for the meetings, the duration of the meeting, discipline and content of the conference and improvement after the conference of S and W middle school teachers’ regular meeting. There are problems in the teachers’ regular meeting; faculty and staff do not have a profound understanding of meetings; organization and management of teachers meeting is not thorough; teachers meeting is lack of system guarantee, and the reason for the problems are analyzed one by one. The following countermeasures are put forward: to establish of teachers’ thoughts in participation in school management; to understand correctly of teachers meeting; to raise the level of school management; to strengthen organization and management of teachers meeting; to refine the school management system; to construct regular meeting system. |
