| In recent years, the domestic conduct a series of researches on students test anxiety, meanwhile there comes lots of understanding and achievements of the topic. In this research. thorough documentary analysis, the current theories and practical developments of test anxiety are studied in order to have an overal1 command of current status of this research.The main point of this paper is to study the status and the key factors which influence the higher vocational students’ anxiety on test, also some suggestions are promoted to relieve the stress of the vocational students.In this research, the Test Anxiety Scale(TAS) which compiled by Sarason is adopted in the survey of Xi’an institute of foreign languages and Xi’an chemical school, with totally 380 students. to explore the co-relationships between various variants.The study results:in this study,after investigating the current status of college test anxiety and analyzing various influential factors,the following study results are obtained.(1) The result indicates that the phenomenon of test anxiety cannot be neglect, the 53 percent of students who suffered the test anxiety, and meanwhile the extreme case is up to 18.(2) Through the result of the nonparametric test conducted on students test anxiety, it is acknowledge that there are a little difference in the gender and grade. Girls suffered more anxiety than boys, the freshman and the junior year of college suffered more anxiety than others. However there are remarkably differences between colleges, the anxiety troubled more in language school than the chemical school, which can reflect the phenomenon that the liberal art school suffered more test anxiety than science school.(3) In another word, the test anxiety can be divided into two factors, subjective factors and objective factors. The subjective factors such that cognitive factors, motivation factors, lack of review e.g. The objective factors such that family factors, school factors e.g. whereas the main subjective factor is cognitive factor, and the family factor is the most vital in objective factor.The paper deponds on the those conclusions to make several stragies to reduce the test anxiety of high vocational students. The stragies devided into four parts, to increase confidence,to make a correct motivation, to get cooperation from school,society and parents, and the specific cure ways..At last, in order to develop the research of the past, the paper make some training methods for each strategies which based on the research of previous studies. The research is to know the status quo of the test anxiety of the higher vocational students, the Influence Factor and Prevention Strategies, so that reducing the test anxiety of vocational students and developing the research of test anxiety. |
