Research On The Legitimacy Of Education Means

As an integral component in the education, education means has attract attention by the education theorists and practitioners attention. The smooth process of education reform also depends on the development and improvement of education means. However, with the development of education means, a fundamental problem about "legitimacy" of education means also highlights. Based on the thinking of education theory and the attention to education practice, using the method of literature and thought method, this study try to get the essential connotation of education means legitimacy, expose existing in current education practice education misconduct phenomenon, and then discusses the legitimacy of education means to realize path.In order to have a clear understanding of "education means legitimacy", firstly, the connotation of the two concepts of "educational means" and "legitimacy" is analyzed in this study. This study suggest that education means is all the way to achieve the aims of education, specifically including teaching means, admonished means and administrative means to three different forms of performance. "Legitimacy" is the object we estimated is up to the mustard when we compare this object and definite standard. After obtaining the connotation of "education means" and "legitimacy", this study analysis and make clear the basic connotation of education means legitimacy, that means education connotation of legitimacy should include morality, fairness, legitimacy and regularity from four aspects. Then, this study studied the legitimacy crisis of education means, indicated that abuse and nihility of education means is two improper phenomenon in education means. After grasping the connotation of education means legitimacy and legitimacy crisis of education means clearly, this study discusses the condition of implementation for legitimacy of education means legitimacy. To make sure the legitimacy of education means, we need educational spirit with unified love and wisdom to be concerned, teachers groups with excellent quality to be addressed, science education law guaranteed, harmonious and active education community to maintain.
