Secondary vocational education in the current Chinese educational system occupies an increasingly prominent status. The standards of managing vocational schools directly affect the future of student, which shows how important their role is.This means that the management strategies in vocational educational and the standards should be increased. In the last few years, the educational field has begun to explore the theory and practice of the fine management. Nonetheless, many issues are yet to be solved in order to achieve this goal. First of all, the development of secondary vocational education in China is still recent. Thus theories for practical management are still insufficient. Secondly, the level of students in the secondary vocational school is rather uneven. In addition, secondary vocational schools are different from general schools. Therefore, traditional school management methods cannot be applied, and, it is necessary to develop new management methods adapted to these schools. This paper investigates how fine management can be applied to secondary vocational schools according to their actual criteria. Focusing on school rules and guideline, the aim of this paper is to raise the education standards of student,and in particular technical standards.Based on the practice of fine management, this paper mainly draws the following conclusions: first, we can overcome the problems of traditional management mode;second, the fine management of the class can regulate the behavior of teachers and students, and improve class management efficiency; it has a positive meaning for the secondary vocational schools to implement fine management. Finally, carrying out fine management of the class should account the special nature of the secondary vocational schools and students. At the same time, we should also fully understand its negative effect, and combine the specific practice of the class.The introduction presents the objective and background of this research, its current status and methodology, the concept of fine management. Part two examines the fine management method and issues revealed by the questionnaire survey conducted in Weifang W School. The results of this survey are thoroughly analyzed in order to determine the cause of such issues and ponder the necessity and feasibility offine management. Part three investigate the practical application of fine management in Weifang W School and presents its principles, methods and results. Part four discusses the achievements and limitation of fine management in secondary vocational school based on its application in Weifang W School, in order to optimize this method and overcome its issue for the future. Part five is the conclusion.
